Our Program Structure

The Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Banking (PGCRB) program is designed as a premier course for recent graduates and postgraduates, aiming to transform them into skilled bankers. This comprehensive training spans 350 hours and is led by expert bankers with specialized knowledge.

The program covers the following components
  • Learning the necessary skills to work effectively in private sector banks.
  • Understanding and following banking functions, daily operations, and guidelines.
  • Grasping the basics of cost and management accounting and their influence on financial decisions.
  • Learning about various financial institutions and their roles in the markets.
  • Exploring industry-specific regulatory demands.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the criteria set by banks for qualification.
  • Graduation with more than 50% marks on a regular basis
  • less than 26 years old
  • The time between studies should not be more than a year.
  • The time between studies and employment should not exceed two years.
  • CIBIL score greater than 700 or less than -1
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
